12.09.07 :	Cheap International Calls with Teletop, the best alternative for O2 Inclusive Minutes
	O2 stopped including calls to 0844, 0845 and 0870 numbers in their bundled numbers for all users from 28th September 2007. Because of the high costs O2 is going to charge 20 ppm for calls to those numbers, callthrough can't be used as a cheap solution to make international calls anymore. Please see www.o2.co.uk for more info. From 28th September the cheapest way to make international calls is through a top-up service. For example: Teletop offers cheap calls to Poland and cheap calls to India .
